This is a good question! We compile an analytics report for you every month, detailing any and all metrics that matter for your small business. We’ll tell you what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re improving upon for next time. 


What will I need to do? 

You can have as much or as little involvement as you’d like in the creation process! If you simply want to give free reign and approve the content we create, you can take social media off your plate entirely! We encourage you to send us branded/personalized photos, as customers like to see what you’re really up to. 


What happens if someone comments on our post? Will I still have to spend time managing and responding to messages?  

Responding to comments and DMs is time consuming – which is why we take care of it for you! We respond to everything we can, and if we don’t have the answer, we’ll reach out to you directly. All you have to do is tell us how you’d like to handle the message, and we’ll take care of the rest!
